Chocolate Mustard Ice Cream

After hearing about this combo on Gastropod, I had to make this flavor into ice cream. When I blind taste tested this on 3 different people, the first person said this ice cream tasted just like raspberries, the second said it was “extra fudgey,” and the third person still doesn’t believe that it wasn’t peanut butter. All I know is that it’s really, really good.
